Deïmian contacted me after having watched my short films, he wanted to work with me on his documentary project, both in shooting and editing. He wanted to highlight the many mysteries of Romania, and the legends of this country.
We went on a reduced team to shoot several weeks in Romania, meeting the various speakers scattered throughout the country.
After the shooting, I edited a first trailer of the documentary to help Deïmian to find financing to perform post-production correctly. This trailer quickly attracted the interest of a producer, who was able to find us the necessary funds to carry out all the post-production: several months of editing, carried out by Julia Revault and myself, with in parallel the graphic design by Fabien Tarbouriech and special effects by several collaborators, to finish with the sound editing, the creation of the original music, sound mixing and color grading.

The first 20 minutes of the documentary can be watch here: ici.

The video was declined in an English version and another Chinese.
This video features one of the songs from the Hearth album, composed by Martin Goodwin for the Silent Season label.
