I have been working as a director and editor for more than ten years. I directed and edited several fictions, participated in the editing of medium and feature-length documentaries, worked in several television channels, created and designed opening credits, edited making-of, video clips, trailers, corporate videos, etc.
Over the years, I developed new skills, extending my field of action from script writing to post-production (sound and image editing, special effects and color grading) through shooting. I am a certified drone pilot. If a project requires it, I can act alone from beginning to end, I can also lead a team, each project is unique. I have my own shooting equipment and video editing suite, and I am surrounded by loyal collaborators in different fields.
It is a true desire to tell stories that is at the source of each of my projects. I am always looking for strong characters to create narratively powerful images. I attach the greatest importance to the sound environment of my creations, from the careful selection of music to the precision of sound design. Years of experience in editing and compositing, and more generally in post-production, lead me to think these final stages from the genesis of my projects and to know how to plan beforehand the implementation of special effects and especially the cuts. However, this does not prevent me from remaining attentive to the unexpected events happening while shooting, which regularly and intuitively find their place in my videos.
I returned from a year-long trip around the world in the spring of 2018, a long journey that took me to Asia, Oceania, and South America, during which I encountered many very different cultures. I listened to their fascinating stories, which will remain a source of inspiration for a long time to come. Following this trip, I am developing a documentary series with Zadig Productions, which is currently being written, and with whom I have signed an option agreement for its production.
I also regularly work with the CNRS, the Collège de France, numerous scientific start-ups, as well as the Museum of Fine Arts and the Auditorium-National Orchestra of Lyon on various video series.
